This caller claims to be selling some type of health insurance. I would like to get more information about this company.

Said I took out a payday loan from Cash Net. USA for 300.00. Said the company wrote off the 300.00, but now want it back. Settle up or go to jail is what he told me.

Yeah, same crap as everyone else has listed. Threatening voicemails, threatening legal action against my social security number. All that stuff. I just goad him, make fun of him and generally make him mad to the point of him threatening to file harassment charges against me...too funny. Don't give these scumbags anything. Record everything, document the calls. Keep your voice mails. Turn them over to your local police. I had heard once that the Secret Service was the federal agency that would handle this type of harassment. Anyone else take out a loan from Ameriloan? I know of three people where I work who did so and are now getting these calls.

Fax calls

Call at least twice a day...Once after 11PM! Just not right...and nobody is there when I answer...Stupid robots!

calls and leaves a message to call back, never do nor will i answer. if they cant tell me who they are i dont mess with them, but they call every day twice a day.
